In 2003 Samantha turned her passion of jewelry and gemstones into a business, The Silver Lining, and began selling at home parties and get togethers. By 2004 she opened a store front in West Branch, Michigan. An opportunity arose in 2007 when a historic building became available, a mere one block away from her original location. With the support of her husband, Peter, they purchased the building they now call 'home' and expanded her collections. (The building dates to 1899 and retains its original 12 foot tin covered ceilings and creaky wooden floors.) In 2010 they expanded into the internet world.
And so there you are.... together Peter and Samantha have grown and continue to run their brick and mortar store, belonging to the small group commonly referred to as a "Mom and Pop" business. They pride themselves in offering extraordinary customer service. If you are in the area, stop in. By the time you leave, you'll have become friends.

You must contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. Upon approval, you will be given a Return Authorization Number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package you are returning. Returns will not be accepted without the appropriate Return Authorization Number. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges, as well as charges for an exchange, are the responsibility of the buyer. Jewelry items are non-refundable - exchange or store credit only will be issued. No exceptions.
